Born from a need for clarity in a daily life that too often feels overwhelming

Headmate exists to give people with migraine insight, structure and calm through a simple, thoughtful, human-centred digital experience. We believe knowledge and insight can bring more calm to everyday life. When you can see your attacks, medication use, symptoms and possible influences in one place, it becomes easier to spot patterns and keep perspective — also on hard days. A life with migraine without overview is a hard life. That is what we want to change.

Headmate is developed by Kåre Jordt, who has lived with chronic migraine since he was 18. The app was created from a personal need, because there was no tool that was simple, fast and practical. Not a complex solution with unnecessary features — but a calm, straightforward tool that respects users' energy and capacity.
